App
Helping transform how customers interact with Xfinity, its products, and its services through a digital hub for connected life.
Xfinity, Comcast’s cable division, offers a broad ecosystem of products and services, from entertainment and television to connectivity and high-speed internet. Since 2015, I have contributed to evolving how its customers interact with this ecosystem, primarily through xFi, its flagship app.

The Xfinity Experience
The xFi app redefines what it means to be connected. Today’s users need more than internet access: they need to understand it, manage it, and feel in control of their experience.
From pausing a connection or seeing how service is used at home to adding new devices with ease, xFi brings these interactions together in one place, becoming the control centre for a home’s digital life.
Brand colour as hero
Beyond meeting business goals, we wanted to build a more continuous relationship between users and Xfinity—one that went beyond the moments when they needed to solve a technical problem and became more organic.
The goal was for the app to become a relevant part of their connected lives: a place to connect, control, and manage Xfinity products, services, and experiences simply and coherently across the ecosystem.
Modular card system
First version of the xFi app
An opportunity to create an experience from the ground up and transform the relationship between a major service provider and millions of users—a view toward the future of connected life.
The process began with an open stage of discovery and experimentation to imagine what the app could become. As its potential grew, the project evolved to involve different areas of the company and their leadership teams.
The broader scope required rethinking the strategy, bringing in stakeholders from other products, understanding the needs of different business areas, and creating an experience that could adapt to different devices, products, services, topics, and distribution models.
The result was much more than an app for managing internet: a platform capable of progressively connecting the Xfinity ecosystem and becoming a central point in its customers’ digital experience.
