Territoria
Territoria web is a premium digital experience for a mixed-use development where architecture, high-end retail, and a new way of living converge.
Art direction and development of Territoria’s web experience, the company behind some of Santiago’s most emblematic real-estate projects.
The challenge was to bring the qualities of its projects into the digital world: elegance, restraint, visual richness, and a strong sense of sophistication—building an experience able to represent not only its properties, but the lifestyle associated with them.

The
Challenge
The site needed to serve audiences with very different interests—developers, investors, and prospective property buyers—giving each one clear, relevant access to the information they needed.
At the same time, that flexibility could not turn the site into a simple content repository. The experience had to feel as considered and sophisticated as the spaces it represented.

Rather than follow the traditional conventions of real estate, Territoria web is an experience that reveals itself progressively.
A layered structure lets people discover information and imagery as they move through the site. Colour, composition, movement, and transitions work together to build an elegant, immersive experience.
The interface becomes a digital extension of the architecture: information is not simply shown; it is discovered.
SWIPE
Luxury is a feeling, a way of living. The challenge was to design that feeling.
After market research and exploration, I chose to move away from the idea of a site understood only as a container for information and build something closer to an experience.
Through layers, subtle movement, and animations that progressively revealed menus, imagery, and content, I conceived and designed a journey capable of creating surprise, differentiation, and an emotional response.
Every interaction had to contribute to the same sense of care, sophistication, and detail present in Territoria’s spaces and experiences.
